Adaptability
There can be several reasons why particular elements, or the majority of a training program needs to be changed immediately or over time respectively. The reasons for these changes range from needing to progress / regress exercises due to ability or injury, through to a shift in the clients goals and outcomes which will require a change in the overall focus of the training program. These adaptations are pivotal for the safety, effectiveness and overall results of a personal training program when it is designed specifically for an individual!

It is an important skill that requires a deeper level of experience to implement the right adaptations at the correct times. At MegaBox we ensure that we closely monitor client progression and the ability to perform exercises in the most effective way, to minimise the risk of overreaching and progress accordingly.
