FLEXIBLE, SELF-SERVE CIRCUIT TRAINING
Unlike a traditional class, our circuit is available throughout the day, so you can start whenever it suits you. Simply join the circuit, move from station to station, and follow the workout at your own pace & intensity. This flexible format means you do not need to fit around a timetable, simply book your slot (as little as 15 minutes before) and you can get started at a time that works for you. Please note that we are not a traditional gym so we are not an open gym our membership options are: Circuit membership, Small Group or Personal Training.
