EXPERT COACHES AND STRUCTURED WEEKLY SESSIONS
As part of Small Group Personal Training, you’ll have access to up to three structured sessions per week, led by experienced personal trainers who understand how to train people safely and progressively.
These aren’t generic gym classes. Sessions are planned, progressive and focused on building strength, stability and confidence over time. You’ll also have the option to use the MegaBox Circuit Training sessions to complement your Small Group PT, allowing for independent training within a structured framework.
Our coaches don’t just lead sessions — they support you beyond the gym floor, offering feedback, guidance and accountability to keep you moving in the right direction.
PERSONALISED TRAINING, BACKED BY DATA
For those who want a deeper level of personalisation, Small Group PT memberships can be complemented with DNA Testing, helping us tailor training and lifestyle recommendations based on your individual genetic profile.
