- Only 4-6 people per group ensures a quality coaching and training environment.
- The group program is adapted to each persons rate of progress and we will educate you along the way.
- Choose from morning, middle of the day or evening sessions

The Small Group PT membership includes three coached sessions a week and FREE MegaBox membership.
