  • No. The digitally led design of our circuit, coupled with our in-depth trial process and our on-hand coaches gives everyone who comes into Megabox the knowledge and confidence to complete their workout regardless of previous boxing and fitness experience.
    We cater for all ages and fitness abilities.
    The MegaBox circuit is a great way to break yourself back into exercise without feeling daunted about going to the gym!

  • The circuit is built up of 14, three minute stations which form a 42 minute workout.
    You follow the circuit round via the screens provided, which show pre recorded videos of our coaches performing fitness exercises and boxing combinations.
    The screens tell you what exercise you should be performing, when you should rest and when you need to move to the next station!
    After having worked in the fitness industry for a number of years, we have noticed that people like to be told what to do when it comes to exercising - for example attending classes so they don’t have to think about what they are doing, but they don’t like necessarily being restricted to someone else’s timetable because of daily life getting in the way and not always allowing them to get to the class - this is where the beauty of MegaBox comes in!
    The circuit runs continuously throughout the day, allowing somebody new to start their workout every 3 minutes which gives each individual flexibility and takes away the restrictions of set class times.
    This also means that people who want to train together can simply follow each other on the circuit so you can train side by side.

  • The original core MegaBox concept is a circuit that isn’t led by a physical instructor at a set time on a set day, we wanted to create a flexible way for people to train without having to think about what workout you’re going to perform on that day.
    We give you the framework, all you have to do is come in and follow the workout on the screens.
    But for those who want/ need more support we run Small Group and Personal Training!

  • We have 2 different membership options available; an unlimited membership and a Pay As You Go membership. Click the following link to head to our Pricing page where you can find all the information you need!

  • Yes. This can be done through the MegaBox website.
    Simply head to homepage and click on the “Give it a go” button .
    Choose your desired date and time to come, fill out your details, pay the £12 fee and confirm!

  • Your trial is an hour long one to one coached session around the MegaBox circuit with one of our experienced coaches, who will offer you bespoke exercise and boxing coaching.
    We will provide the framework for you to feel safe and confident going on to train independently at MegaBox Fitness.

    We also have Small Group Trial available for those who feel they want/ need more support going forward but wat to give one of our classes a go beforehand!

  • All you will need is your training kit and a water bottle!
    We provide boxing gloves for you to use during your trial.
    We then ask members to bring/ purchase their own pair of gloves going forward. This is for hygiene purposes and will also provide a smoother transition when changing from fitness exercises to boxing and vice versa. We can give advice on which gloves will be best suited for you to use at MegaBox.  

  • Yes, this is possible by getting in touch with us by phone, email or direct message prior to booking.
    Simply let us know when you would like to book in and we can accommodate for group trials of up to 3 people.

  • There will always be a MegaBox coach on hand while you are training with us who will keep you on track if you get stuck. We will also give you guidance on correct technique or provide alternative exercises if you are unable to perform any of the exercises included in the workout. Just ask :)

  • As well as the MegaBox circuit we offer Small Group Training, Personal Training and Teen Sessions!

  • It is all down to the design of the circuit and the exercises in it. Work and rest times can be manipulated, exercises choices to focus on speed, power, strength, endurance etc…

    Improved muscular strength and endurance, calorie burn (depending on intensity) and potential for a full body workout.

  • That all depends on how much you want to improve but good results will be seen with 3-4 times a week. The body needs to rest so it’s important that you are getting your rest days in.

    We know that sometimes 3-4 sessions can be hard to fit in, so aiming for as many sessions that you can fit into your week is a great way to start, even if its just once!

  • You are never too old to start! We have members of all ages at MegaBox, ranging from teenagers that attend our Teen MegaBox classes to members in their mid seventies who either come in to train themselves or seek extra support from Small Group or Personal Training.
