So what is Personal Training and is it worth it; Personal Training involves a client hiring an individual (Personal Trainer) to deliver 1-2-1 (or small group) coaching sessions to help the client reach a specific goal(s) such as losing weight and or increasing fitness levels. Goals that will ultimately improve their quality of life in some way. 

The personal element allows the coach to give their undivided attention to the client ensuring they are performing exercises correctly, effectively and giving the client support and accountability to get results.
