Tim has 30 years experience and was one of the first Strength & Conditioning Coaches and Personal Trainers in the UK.

He has coached International & Professional teams in Rugby and Football, including World Champions from England Rugby, Indian Cricket, Motorsport, Professional Boxing as well as Ryder Cup Golfer.
